So unpretentious simple at first glance looks like the border of two states.  With thereof by the city of Blagoveshchensk, on the other side of the city of Heihe, shares of the Amur River, and of course the border guards.  This panorama of the Amur River stiff with ice, but after a few days, the shackles will fall, not the state of course, ice.
