The cliff face on Torquay's seafront road has had a major facelift since it was discovered that it was becoming unstable. After a £3m project, Rock Walk, also known as the Royal Terrace Gardens, is once again open to the public. It offers stunning views out across Tor Bay, Princess Pier and the Marina and is lit up at night.
