The Building Hut (Bauhütte) - information and meeting center
The former vacant and monumentally protected building at the market square 11 in Perlesreut, called "building hut", is undergoing a two-year comprehensive renovation measures with its "reopening" on 9 May 2015.
It will serve as an information and meeting center for the market town of Perlesreut as well as the Ilzer municipalities and thus as a central citizen's point of entry. The Bauhütte has been conceived as a network platform for all activities related to integrated internal development, the recovery of leeches, the safeguarding of public services and the promotion of regional building culture for the municipalities of the Ilzerland alliance. The Bauhütte is considered a lighthouse project in the entire region.
The combination of a cross-generational meeting place, called "Marktplatz", a specialist advisory center and a depot, seminar and conference rooms, an "event room" as well as senior-oriented living in the back building is exceptional. The latter was made possible by the participation of a private investor (-> more in the brochure "Bauhütte - Wohnen").
In addition to the own market share of the Perlesreut market, the construction of the Bauhütte was also financed by means of funding from the municipal authorities and by the Landesamt für Denkmalpflege and LEADER.
The thematic focus, especially in the areas of consulting and exhibition, will be in the field of building culture and internal development.
