In the heart of Szeged being a former hotel was being built in 1916, became life-threatening in 1977 then, it was locked because of this. In 1992 the proprietor a firm started into the renovation of the ancient monument building, onto the four levels turning up yet two were building, and it confirmed the construction of a building.
