Niklová huta Sedeď, bývalý štátny podnik. Bol to jeden z hutníckych gigantov na Slovensku. Od roku 1961 do roku 1991 produkovala nikel. Fabrika zamestnávala asi 1500 ľudí z okolia. Vedľa fabriky vyrástla hora niekoľko miliónov ton odpadu, ktorý dodnes zaťažuje životné prostredie.

Nickel smelter Sedeď former state enterprise. It was one of the metallurgical giants in Slovakia. From 1961 to 1991 produced nickel. The factory employed about 1500 people from the surrounding area. Beside the factory has grown mountain several million tonnes of waste that still urden the environment.
