位于长春市人民大街中段，是一所以游乐、花卉养殖和花卉展览为主的景观式综合性公园。始建于上世纪30年代，当时称大同公园，建国后改为人民公园，1982年定名为儿童公园。占地面积18.07万平方米。水面积3.8万平方米，道路面积1.2万平方米，建筑面积0.44万平方米，绿化面积12.62万平方米。园内以人工湖为界，分为南北两区。南区为游乐园，设有各种（大、中、小）游乐设施50余种，以供少儿活动游玩。北区为花卉观赏区和花卉生产区。花卉观赏区中漱芳园每年举办4-5次节日花展，供游人观赏。漱芳园内的百花厅占地面积1300平方米，东西两侧长廊有石碑99方，楹联16幅（建于1999年），具有浓厚的文化气息。花卉生产区占地面积3010平方米，有玻璃生产温室3栋（929平方米），每年生产数以万计的花卉，供园内彩化和花展
