Inchagoill church is located on Inchagoill island in Lough (lake) Corrib. The church is said to be built by St Patrick himself (after being expelled by druids out of Cong, Co. Mayo). Just outside the church lies a small graveyard which has a famous tombstone or pillar, said to be for St Patrick's nephew, Lugnaedon.
