Bridge in Meppen
Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim

Helter Brücke in Meppen. The new "Helter Bridge" was opened in 2010, after a construction time of 2 years. It has cost a total of 5.6 million Euros. The old bridge that it replaces was build in 1953-55.

More About Emsland - Grafschaft Bentheim

Emsland is the name of a region on the river Ems in the western Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia in the north and east of the Netherlands. It is divided into the so-called Emsland Hanover and Westphalia.Since then, a district in Lower Saxony, was founded with that name, are often referred to as a term landscape and community in one breath and confused. Only the reference to the landscape Emsland (land through which the river Ems), the speaker clearly the difference.
