The Tourny Fountain is a fountain located in Quebec City in the center of the roundabout of the Honoré-Mercier Avenue, opposite to the Parliament Building. It was inaugurated at that location July 3, 2007 for the celebrations surrounding the 400th anniversary in 2008.
