Goningen province has a few surprises in its vicinity in terms of nature and culture. If you get on a bicycle, you'd instantly be on its routes where you'd see little of possibly no motor vehicles to interrupt on your adventure. The surrounding area also allows you to get on a canoe with its endless water route that spans more than 800km if you so wish to venture.
