Brasov Council's Square represent the town center, located in the old city zone, near the main touristic attractions of Brasov: the Black Church, Council's House (Brasov's History Museum), the White Tower, the Black Tower, Muresanu's House Museum (Andrei Muresanu wrote the lyrics of Romania national anthem), the Graft Bastion, Weaver's Bastion, Artisan's Bastion, Ecaterina's Gate (old main entrance town gate).
Yearly, the Council's Square hosts several events:
