This church sits on one of the highest ridges in Sussex and dates from the late 11th century.
Clearly visible in this pano are the two windows on the north wall which have painted decoration from the Victorian era. This may have been a reproduction of the medieval work visible on the blocked in window on the right, above the 3 seat sedila.
