Современный адрес Калужская обл., Боровский р-н, д. Уваровское
Краткое описание Кирпичный храм типа восьмерик на четверике с богатым декором в стиле московского барокко. Сооружен в 1702 на средства М. Ф. Философова. К церкви примыкали трапезная с Никольским приделом и колокольня. Закрыт не позже 1930-х, позже частично разрушен. До настоящего времени уцелел в аварийном состоянии только основной объем церкви.
