“BVAK” it is located in the western part of a city Bila Tserkva. The enterprise has: Class airdrome In (4D), brought in the State register of civil airdromes of Ukraine , with not equipped runway in the size 2500 х 42 m, via paths, parking for the planes, serviceable in the afternoon by rules of visual flights. The industrial platform located on distance of 0,5 km from airdrome, with access automobile and tracks; with storehouse of oil products; with a full infrastructure for performance of works on continuation of a resource of aviation technics in two cases hangar the type, equipped with building berths, ventilating systems, illumination and provided with all necessary kinds of energy. Plane hangars: in one size 60х60g, the second – 106х58g. Works on resource prolongation are carried out by planes IL-76, АN-12, АN-72 (АN-74), АN-24 (АN-26). At present maintenance service on floor spaces  “BVAK” pass both domestic aircrafts, and vessels from near and far abroad. Belotserkovsky aeroclub "Pilot" and Open Company “International aviation center of preparation” are based on airdrome  "BVAK" public organization “.
