They are re-paving the street in Stromness and when it has been wetted by rain it looks lovely. The other reason for taking this picture is that pictures are usually taken in the best conditions, when it is sunny and there is nothing in the vacinity to spoil the picture. Reality is not like that, it contains imperfections, so to highlight that I plan to take a few pictures in less that perfect conditions.
