Military architecture, 17th century. Given its planimetry, it is part of the group of strong seventeenth-century stars, with small dimensions and simple elevation. It crossed fire with Fort Santiago. It denotes persistence of medieval forms, observable in the closed balcony, and its conciliation with a completely different planimetric and military conception and of a 17th century nature.
