It was a windy winter evening in the year 2009. The redesigned Elisen garden has just completed. The Aachen people have him back, their beloved Elisen Garden in the heart of the city. Precisely the right time to make a panorama. Now everything is much more open, and the summer of 2010 will show that the small park is experiencing great popularity from the Aachen people.
