La cascada Puerta del Cielo está localizada en la Parroquia Multitud localizada hacia el este de Alausí en el límite de la provincia de Chimborazo. El trabajo realizado fue contratado por el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Alausí, el mismo que muestra las Rutas Turísticas existentes en el mismo.
