Vittoria is located in the south of Sicily and was rebuilt after a devastating earthquake in 1693 with a geometric city map. Here, at the Piazza del Popolo, is the 19th century classical theatre "Theatro Comunale". To the right is the church "Chiesa delle Grazie". Since 2008 there is a two-week jazz festival here every year in June.
