Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park East Java. The largest volcanic region in the province. The tallest mountain is Mt. Semeru, 3676 meters above sea level. At the northern end is the Tengger Caldera, the 10 km barren sea of sand, containing the volcanic cones of Batok and Bromo.
