Lista is in Vest-Agder county in Norway. It is located in the present-day municipality of Farsund. Farsund airport is located here, but it has no activity at this time; however, there are discussions to use it as a base for offshore operations. Lista is a large peninsula along the Listafjord and is home to the village of Vestbygd and the towns of Vanse and Farsund.
