广东省揭阳市榕城区地都镇乌美村 乌美村是地都镇的一个行政村，地处潮汕三市交界，北倚桑浦山，南临榕江，东部与汕头特区媲邻，206国道横贯全境，地理位置优越。
自秦之后，赵佗统治南粤，他们逐步将中原生产技术教民耕渔，以中原民俗文化启发民智，到东汉至南北朝时期，因中原战乱，不少汉人避乱南迁，西晋张华曾说“今渡南海至交址者不绝也。”汉代居揭阳的吴砀举孝廉为安成长，说明当地揭阳已有人仕为官者。由于从中原南渡者众多，潮之古揭阳县也相应建了一些移民定居村落，揭阳县《地名志》载，靠桑浦山的乌美村，就创建于晋代。他们带来中原文化，这可从揭阳仙桥赤岭口的东晋南朝墓葬发掘的出土文物佐证（《考古》1984年第10期》）。
