Vinnytsia Local History Museum is renowned for its large collection of unique exhibits. Collection contains more than one hundred thousand copies. You can see collection of ancient weapons, unique minerals, gold ornaments belonging to the Sarmatian and Scythian period, a large ethnographic and numismatic collections.

There is real mammoth’s skeleton in the room #1. Skeleton is over 30 thousand years old and it was found in 1961 near village Olhopil, Vinnytsia region.
