Snow Canyon State Park Petroglyphs
Utah

Prehistoric petroglyphs carved into the red sanstone cliffs of Snow Canyon State Park near St. George, Utah.  This ancient rock art panel was possibly made by Paiute Native Americans as early as A.D. 1200 or earlier, and provide a glimpse of some of the animals and other important items found in the region.
