The lake "Okoto" in Pirin mountain is part of the Banderishki lakes group, which is situated near "Vihren" hut and stands at 2026 meters above the sea level. Because of its round shape and shiny surface it had been named "Okoto", i.e. "the eye". Its deepest location is at 5,4 meters below the surface. It is the beginning of June, the temperature is 13 Celsius and there is still snow available at heights more than 2000 meters. The surrounding peaks Vihren and Todorka are covered in clouds.
