Near Vista Peak 2011 09 10

This photo was taken on an early fall day in the Chugach on the way to Vista Peak from Baldy Trailhead. The colors of the tundra were just starting to turn and it was a beautiful fall day. It was raining with a little snow mixed in when I took this photo and I was not able to keep my lens dry, but I think it adds a little character to the photo. There are decent views of Cook Inlet, Roundtop, Blacktail Rocks, Vista, Magnificent, and Significant.
