Mount Tauhara Summit

Mount Tauhara (1,088 metres) lies a few kilometres East of the town Taupo. From the summit on a clear day (as in the image) looking to the South you can easily see Mount Ruapehu and Mount Ngauruhoe which are two of the world’s most active stratovolcanos.
