The Koornmarkt (Corn Market) is an old square in Kampen in the Netherlands. In medieval times this was a market square for agricultural products like corn, to which the square is named. In those days you could only get to the city and market by passing one of the gates. The gate on the square is the Koornmarkt gate, the oldest city gate of Kampen.
