Under of the Highest Water Falls in New York State (260 Feet in a two-tiered cascade)best frozen. . A natural Amphitheater.....Hidden when ice forms from a slow trickle of water during the winter months....  Fantastic Ice climbing when allowed by the state... Tricky to get to but easily done. (Take it slow, Too many people get hurt.)During the spring stay away because it could break and fall at any moment....  A friend and i figured this out the hard way. Luckily we were way out of the way. Probably the stupidest thing we've ever done our entire life's.....  It's worth it.
