A new work in the shape of life series, "With the Forest", has been completed at the Hishio no Sato Museum of Contemporary Art on Shodoshima Island. It will be open to the public in September 2021.
Based on the concept of the shape of life, Junichi Ono continues to paint his "Shape of life" series, which depicts the beautiful connection between plants and other living things. The beautiful edgy lines that extend freely like the uniqueness of plants are impressive.

As the second phase of the Shodoshima Art Project, the island's first reinforced concrete building, built 93 years ago, was transformed into a contemporary art museum in its original form.
