Located by the river at Circular Road in Cong, the ground floor of the cottage museum is an exact replica of 'White-o-Mornin' Cottage from the film starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. More information can be found at: http://www.museumsofmayo.com/quietman.htm

Part of the remains of Cong Abbey, the relics of a monastery built by the High King of Ireland, Turlach O'Connor in 1120 for the Augustinians, can be seen just around the corner.
