The old textile factory, yarn finishing, dyeing, at the Äüßere Oybiner Straße in Zittau in Saxony. The factory was founded in the 19 Century. Today it stands empty and is to be rented to small businesses. Following the downfall of the GDR, some buildings have been demolished, major part of the building is protected for further generations. At the time of inclusion in the main building of a film some scenes were filmed (Lena's Liebe - Noirfilm).
