Sea Battle Museum, Humen
Guangdong Province

The Sea Battle Museum incorporating the Opium Wars Museum is located just to the south east of the Weiyuan Fort. The museum focuses on the naval battles over the Opium Wars (the First Opium War from 1839 to 1842, the Second Opium War from 1856 to 1860. Composed of an exhibition hall, memorial square, and the sea wall. An important role of the Museum is to educate the public about the Humen Battery (Weiyuan Fort),  also the museum is one of the top three drug control education bases in China.
