Die Stadtpfarrkirche St. Johann ist eine römisch-katholische Kirche im Ortsteil Rapperswil, Gemeinde Rapperswil-Jona, im Schweizer Kanton St. Gallen. Nach einem verheerenden Brand und weitgehendem Neubau wurde St. Johann am 6. Oktober 1885 neu geweiht.
