A shuttle is a type of monument found only in Menorca. It is built with cyclopean technique, ie with medium size stones fitted without mortar support. It carried out collective burials, so that during the excavations bodies were found in disarray, but accompanied by more personal grave goods were buried with jewelry, bone buttons, any weapon ... Also found small pots, ceramic vases and a cap decorated bone. The shape, which resembles a ship upside down, is what gave the name as a shuttle to the memorial. The entry of this leads to a small corridor leading to the upper chamber and a second door leading to the bottom. The middle level and top cover are made of huge slabs that act as beams.
