The archaeological showcase at the Elisengarten presents 5000 years of city history on approximately 60 m^2 area. 

In archeological excavations between 2007 and 2010, relics of the settlement were found from 5000 years ago to 1500 AD. The glas windows allow the permanent display of the excavation. On April 18, 2013 the showcase was officially opened.
