This panorama of the Delaware River was taken from the Lambertville Wing Dam on the Lambertville, NJ, side of the river. The New Hope Wing Dam juts out from the Pennsylvania side of the river to form the other side of the dam. Access to the dam is gained from the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park on the Jersey side of the river and seen from the Delaware Canal State Park on the PA side. These parks have fabulous trails on either side of the river...great for hiking, jogging, biking, cross country skiing etc. Access is also granted for boat launching, tubing, fishing...free of charge.
