Sheffield, The Cobweb Bridge, Five Weirs Walk

Suspended by its cables under the railway viaduct known locally as the "Wicker Arches" is The Cobweb Bridge. The bridge which winds its way through the arch forms a part of Sheffields "Five Weirs Walk". Beneath the bridge flows the River Don which the walk follows on its way downstream towards Rotherham. The bridge is sometimes refered to as the "Spider Bridge" because of the spiders fixed to the roof of the arch.
