The river Nestos and the artificial lake on a cloudy summer day.

This river is one of the most important rivers in Greece. It is used for producing electricity.
Nestos visitors wild admire the beauty of the enviroment.

It rises in the Rila Mountains in Bulgaria, and flows into the Aegean Sea near the island of Thasos. In Bulgarian is named Mesta.
