We are on the border between the municipality of Porto and that of Matosinhos, which takes place where the first mobile urban statue of Janet Echelman is located. The main focus of the image is to show the coast of Matosinhos, next to its new residential center, known as Matosinhos sul, and its recent seafront. This requalification is part of the Matosinhos PDM of 1993, as a finish to the new residential area of Matosinhos Sul, former industrial area, Souto Moura Project (1995-2002), aims to create a square of contact with the sea, and simultaneously solve the parking problem.
