The four Panopticons were designed to attract visitors out in to the open countryside, all four are displayed out on the hills and moors, between Pendle, Hasingden, Blackburn and Burnley.
Colourfields, built in the Corporation Park in Blackburn, on the site of some old gun emplacements, this stunning walkway provides view over the surrounding hills as well as the park itself.
