If you follow the main road on the way back from Keltepe and take the first right after the traffic lights to reach Çıkarman cemetery and then take the first left after going through the burial ground, and you will come across a windmill made of stone, partially hidden behind the trees. Constructed in 19th Century The Government Hall features a sculpture of Atatürk in front of it and is situated beside the town hall.
