The old Ponale road goes from Riva to the valley of the Biacesa, directly carved in the rock face. Some years ago it was rebuilt as a bicycle path. It offers beautiful views to Lake Garda. Running downhill with the mountain bike is great fun (but only in the afternoon when there is less traffic uphill ...)
