This wonderful sub-tropical valley garden, created in the 1820's, contains a variety of exotic trees and shrubs. The laurel maze, dating from 1833, puzzles young and old. Only one person was willing to have a ago at it whilst we visited. The lower end of the valley leads down to the river Helford.
