Es Forat is a hole on the rocks that drives the hikers from Pi del Moro and Pas de Cordellina/Pas de s´Heura paths until the coast to Torrent de na Mora and Sa Costera, placed all of them between Port de Sóller, Sa Costera/Cala Tuent and Bàlitx Valley, just in the heart of the wonderful Tramuntana mountain range.

A hard excursion only for advanced hikers, in the origin that path was used for the smugglers to go to the coast to the cave and fountain placed just in front of the sea that is called Es Joncar attending to Mascaró Pasarius Mallorca's toponymic corpus.
