This church, commonly called "La Compañia", is considered one of the most beautiful in the world. It is in the historic center of the city of Quito in Ecuador, it is completely gold-plated and its style is baroque. On its altar you can see the image of the Virgin "La Dolorosa". It contains many works of art in its interior as much in murals as in sculptures of the colonial time.
