The Cardona Salt Mountain is a unique natural phenomenon in the world. For years (1929-1990), it was one of the most important potassium salt mines in the world. Currently, the old mining complex has been the Salt Mountain Cultural Park since 2003, a great cultural facility with guided tours, which it discloses the importance of salt and the use that man has made since the Neolithic, and also the exceptional geological nature of the deposit.
