Ted Bundy (1946-1989) remains one of the most infamous American serial killers, known for committing 30+ homicides of young women & girls particularly between 1974 to 1978. His crimes spanned a number of states, but his first murders took place around the Seattle area in 1974 if not earlier. This is the approximate location of where skeletal remains of several of his victims were found along a set of powerlines at Taylor Mountain near Issaquah, Washington, an area he frequently hiked, this view taken as it was steadily raining. After Taylor Mountain, his next dump site was known as the Issaquah dump site near to Interstate 90. This ultimately led to the discovery of his criminal past here in Washington state & while despite being behind bars, he managed to escape twice & committed three additional murders in Florida until his final capture in 1978. He was ultimately executed on January 24, 1989 at Florida State Prison. At the Taylor Mountain site, the following five victims were recovered at the crime scene (which spanned several hundred yards likely from scavaging wildlife).

March 12, 1974: Donna Gail Manson (19): Abducted while walking to concert - body left (according to Bundy) at Taylor Mountain site but never located
April 17, 1974: Susan Elaine Rancourt (18): Skull and mandible recovered at Taylor Mountain site in 1975
May 6, 1974: Roberta Kathleen Parks (22): Vanished from Oregon State University in Corvallis - skull and mandible recovered at Taylor Mountain site in 1975
