Сквер возле института культуры и искусств (бывший Дом техники) Когда-то здесь была хорошая техническая и патентные библиотеки. В сквере бюст Александра Молодчего - дважды Героя Советского Союза. он одним из первых бомбил Берлин в августе 1941
